Kibuchi has served as an examiner for Land Law and Conveyancing for the Council of Legal Education for many years. He was also past Chairman of both the Law Society of Kenya Conveyancing and Property Law Committee, and the Land Law Reform Programme. Mr. J. M. Kibuchi has also presented papers on Land Law, Conveyancing and Securities at various seminars.
